Calavera LGBTQ+ Festival is made possible by the incredible volunteers who show up for our community.
Join Latino Equality Alliance on Saturday, October 24, 2026, and help us create a welcoming, joyful, and unforgettable celebration of culture, remembrance, pride, and community.
Whether you can help us prepare the space, support guests during the festival, or stay through the end of the night to help us wrap up, we need you!
As a thank you for giving your time, all registered Calavera volunteers receive free entry to the festival.
Choose the volunteer shift that works best for you below.
Morning Setup: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Help us get Calavera ready!
Morning volunteers will assist the LEA team with event setup, organizing spaces, decorations, materials, and other tasks needed to prepare for the festival.
Afternoon Support: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Help us with the final preparations and transition into the festival.
Afternoon volunteers may assist with event preparation, guest areas, check-in support, vendor and activity areas, and other needs as we get ready to welcome the community.
Evening Festival Support: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Be part of Calavera while helping the event run smoothly.
Evening volunteers will support guests, activities, event spaces, and the LEA team throughout the festival.
Our greatest volunteer need is from 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
When the celebration ends, there is still important work to do. We need volunteers who can stay through the end of the evening and help us clean up, break down event areas, organize materials, and leave the venue in great shape.
If you are able to stay and help from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, please let us know when you register. Your help during this final hour makes a huge difference.
