GLOW

Where Pride Meets Power (Ages 13–18)

Ready for a GLOW up? Join us at Mi Centro for mentorship, career development, and hands-on workshops that help you build confidence, community, and leadership skills—while having fun! You can also earn a Community Leadership & Social Impact Certificate that can help uplift your resume or college application!

The challenge

Growing up can feel like you’re expected to have a plan before you’ve had support. Many young people like you are navigating stress, identity, relationships, school pressure, and big questions about the future—without enough safe spaces to be seen, heard, and guided.

GLOW exists so teens can build power with pride: community, skills, mentorship, and real tools for what’s next.

What GLOW gives you

GLOW is a youth space where you can show up as yourself and get support that’s fun, real, and useful.

When you join GLOW, you can access:

  • Mentorship support from adults and community leaders who believe in you
  • Career development resources to help you dream big (and reach your goals)
  • Hands-on, interactive workshops (fun + useful = a win)
